Its been a fare while since i have updated this blog with the progress of Elder McBain so a bit of a fail on my part! But anyway he is currently serving in Glenside and is the district leader. He is also a trainer! He is loving his mission so much! I shall post the next email or letter i get from him! There have been many since my last post be it ill be too hard and take forever for me to put them all on here. So i have just uploaded a few more pic's for now Enjoy!! He loves being a servant unto the lord!! Can you believe he only have 7 months left CRAZY how time flies All these photos are from the early days of his mission as now he has bee sending the hard copies of photos so havent gotten around to put them on the cumpter yet so just watch this space :-)

The Mission So Far

So i thought i (chantel) would create a blog for Elder McBain to keep you all updated to what hes up to.

Hes currently serving in the Australian Adelaide Mission and how now been out just over 6 months. WOW time is flying by.

He left and headed for the MTC on the 16th Feb 2011. It was full of mixed emotions... He was off to Serve the lord for 2 years but would not be able to see me haha

He wasnt he lonly one leaving that night. It was lucky to be heading to the MTC with his good friend Elder Sinclair who was heading to the Melbourne Mission. Also that night Elder Yip and Elder Keenan Left too...

So there he was in NZ at the MTC... He met many people and studied hard before heading out to the misson field...

He spent his first transfer in Whyella. Just a small area. Not many members.

He was then transferred to Murray Bridge where he has been ever since. Murray bridge isnt a huge area either. About 90 members. It is still considered a branch though as there arnt enough preisthood.

I shall add a bit more info when i read through all the letters he has sent me. I have added a few pic's but i shall add a few more at a later stage
